About the Role

Join our professional house cleaning service and help families who don’t have time to clean their own homes. This full-time position offers stable, consistent hours with no nights, weekends, or holidays. You’ll receive training, a set schedule, and the opportunity to control your earnings while working in a supportive team environment.

Pay

Earn $15.00 to $22.00 per hour based on experience, work quality, and speed. A guaranteed minimum salary of $600.00 per week is provided if you have a valid driver’s license and can drive a company vehicle, with potential to earn even more. A $500.00 bonus is available for qualified candidates with a valid U.S. driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Clean clients’ homes according to Molly Maid’s standards to ensure customer satisfaction (tips are possible).
Communicate with clients and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the company vehicle is stocked with proper supplies.
If serving as a Team Lead (driving the company vehicle):
- Manage the team’s schedule and ensure timely arrival at appointments.
- Drive safely to each client’s home.

Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to pass a background check.
Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks.
Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Valid U.S. driver’s license (required for Team Lead roles; preferred for all candidates).
Ability to communicate with clients (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus).
