About the role
Steer and optimize production processes in the Hobelwerk.
Actively participate in the production process and plant management.
Take on assigned tasks and independently develop projects, e.g., wood drying.
Instruct and train employees.
Possibility to take on shift leadership or Stv. production leadership with operational responsibilities.
Quality assurance during the production process or product checks.
Error resolution in cooperation with maintenance.

Requirements
- Mandatory: 2-5 years of dispatching to the USA with a perspective in an EU location.
- Education or relevant work experience in woodworking machinery, wood technicians, sawmill masters, or HTL/FH degree in wood technology.
- Independent, structured working style and high temporal and geographical flexibility for work at both locations.
- Good English and intercultural competence for a multi-year activity in the USA.
