Products Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

A State Farm Insurance Agent is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team in Norcross, GA. The ideal candidate will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home, and life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
• Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Requirements

• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• People-oriented
• Organizational skills
• Dedicated to customer service
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred
• Property and Casualty license (must have currently)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher required
