Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Self-motivated.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred.
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).

About Our Agency

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, and Retirement Planning. Our office is located in Monroe, CT. I have been a State Farm agent since 2006.
