Production Worker/Window Assembler

About the role

Production Associates play a key role in the manufacturing process, helping create high-quality replacement vinyl windows that meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow work instructions, procedures, and customer order specifications
• Sort and cut materials according to window order requirements
• Assemble window frames and sash components
• Install hardware and ensure the correct components are used
• Trim, clean, and inspect products for quality
• Prepare glass for installation
• Complete final assembly of window units
• Wrap finished products and prepare them for shipment
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to read a tape measure
• Familiarity with manual and power hand tools
• Must be able to read and follow written instructions
• Must have good attention to detail in work
• Able to work in a team environment
• Able to stand, bend, reach, push, pull twist, and lift
• Ability to work in hot environment
