Production Assembler

About the role

The Job Details Associate will work with our blind assembly team. The position requires long durations of standing, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail. The work environment is a clean manufacturing and assembly plant.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly of blinds and other window coverings
• Ensure quality control by inspecting products for defects
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Good hand-eye coordination

• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar manufacturing or assembly setting is a plus
