About the role
The Job Details Associate will work with our blind assembly team. The position requires long durations of standing, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail. The work environment is a clean manufacturing and assembly plant.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the assembly of blinds and other window coverings
- Ensure quality control by inspecting products for defects
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a similar manufacturing or assembly setting is a plus
