Production Worker - Trimmer Raw Plant (Permanent/Full-Time)

Direct Source Meats is hiring for a Trimmer at the Raw Plant. The company offers stability with long-term, full-time employment and provides high-quality specialty meat products. Established in 2001, DSM's raw plant is a 30,000‑square‑foot USDA facility that specializes in the further processing of beef, chicken, and pork for retail and food‑service markets. DSM also operates a state‑of‑the‑art, 60,000‑square‑foot cook plant.

Responsibilities

• Trim and cut various cuts of meat using a hand knife or whizard knife.

Requirements

• Proficiency with hand knives.
• Ability to work in wet and cold conditions.
• Must pass a pre‑employment background check, drug test, and physical.

Pay

Starting pay: $15.75 per hour.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday, 7:30 am until finished.
