Production Worker - Access Control - Raw Plant (Permanent/Full-time)

About the role

Direct Source Meats is hiring for an Access Control position at its Raw Plant. The company offers long-term, full-time employment stability and produces high-quality specialty meat products. Established in 2001, DSM operates a 30,000‑square‑foot USDA raw plant that processes beef, chicken, and pork for retail and food‑service markets, plus a 60,000‑square‑foot state‑of‑the‑art cook plant.

Responsibilities

• Control entrance and exit of property
• Patrol premises and report suspicious activity
• Monitor and secure the facility
• Track inbound purchase orders
• Keep a daily log of visitors

Requirements

• Pass pre‑employment background check
• Pass drug test
• Pass physical examination

Schedule

• Sunday – Tuesday: 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm
• Friday: 4:00 am – 12:00 pm
• Saturday: 4:00 am – 4:00 pm
