Production Worker - Trimmer Raw Plant (Permanent/Full-Time)

About the role

Direct Source Meats offers stability with long-term, full-time employment and produces high quality, specialty meat products for retail and food service markets. Established in 2001, the raw plant is a 30,000 square foot USDA facility specializing in the further processing of beef, chicken, and pork.

Responsibilities

• Trim and cut various cuts of meats using a hand knife or whizard knife
• Work in wet and cold conditions

Requirements

• Proficiency with hand knives
• Ability to work in wet and cold conditions
• Pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical
• Provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:30 am until finished

Pay

• $15.75 per hour
• $500 sign-on bonus ($250 after 90 days, $250 after 180 days) – limited time offer
• $1,500 referral bonus (offered once employed)
