Production Worker - Day Sanitation Raw Plant (Permanent/Full-time)

About the role

Direct Source Meats is hiring for Day Sanitation at the Raw Plant. This is a long-term, full-time position offering stability. The company was established in 2001 and operates a 30,000 square foot USDA facility specializing in further processing of beef, chicken, and pork for retail and food service markets, along with a separate 60,000 square foot cook plant.

Responsibilities

• Handle sanitation inside the production facility
• Perform dry pickup
• Mix chemicals
• Rinse and scrub equipment

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable with wet and cold conditions
• Must pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical

Pay & Schedule

• Starting pay: $15.50/hr
• $500 sign-on bonus ($250 after 90 days, $250 after 180 days)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am to finish
