Production Worker - Trimmer Cook Plant (Permanent/Full-Time)

About the role

Direct Source Meats offers stability with long-term, full-time employment and provides high quality, specialty meat products to customers. Established in 2001, DSM operates a 30,000‑square‑foot USDA raw plant and a 60,000‑square‑foot state‑of‑the‑art cook plant, processing beef, chicken and pork for retail and food‑service markets.

Responsibilities

• Trim and cut various cuts of meat using a hand knife or whizard knife.

Requirements

• Proficient in using hand knives.
• Comfortable working in wet and cold conditions.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check, drug test, and physical.

Pay

Starting pay: $15.75 per hour.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday, 7:30 am until finished.
