Responsibilities
- Prepares and cooks large quantities of food according to standardized recipes, production schedules, and established quality standards.
- Operates commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining proper food temperatures and following food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Assists with daily food production, including ingredient preparation, portioning, batch cooking, and ensuring items are ready for service on schedule.
