What You’ll Do
- Cut and install plywood for floors, walls, and doors
- Install aluminum sheets, trim, fenders, tapes, caulking, and decals
- Wire trailers and hook up/test lighting
- Prep, grind, clean, paint, and undercoat trailers
- Operate hand tools, saws, grinders, torches, spray equipment, and other production tools
- Move trailers using shop equipment (Kubota/hoist as needed)
- Maintain quality standards and meet production goals
- Keep work areas clean and safe
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Experience with hand tools and power tools (manufacturing experience preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Commitment to consistently work scheduled shifts and maintain reliable attendance
- Strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Commitment to safety
Work Hours
Monday - Thursday | 7:00am - 5:30pm
Friday | 7:00am - 12:00pm
Pay Rate
$18 / hour - $20 / hour
