Production Worker - Trailer Manufacturing

What You’ll Do

  • Cut and install plywood for floors, walls, and doors
  • Install aluminum sheets, trim, fenders, tapes, caulking, and decals
  • Wire trailers and hook up/test lighting
  • Prep, grind, clean, paint, and undercoat trailers
  • Operate hand tools, saws, grinders, torches, spray equipment, and other production tools
  • Move trailers using shop equipment (Kubota/hoist as needed)
  • Maintain quality standards and meet production goals
  • Keep work areas clean and safe

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately
  • Experience with hand tools and power tools (manufacturing experience preferred)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
  • Commitment to consistently work scheduled shifts and maintain reliable attendance
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Commitment to safety
