Production Worker - General Construction

About the role

Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner. Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned. Work with a team to build roofs in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Keep area neat and clean
• Read and use a tape measure
• Read blueprints and orders
• Communicate well with coworkers
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools

• Must have a strong work ethic
• Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically
• Must understand safety procedures
• Must have good teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to six-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired
• Must have general construction experience and knowledge

Pay

Weekly pay starting at $20 per hour
