About the role
Responsible for assisting in the construction and maintenance of homes. Duties include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of plumbing fixtures and appliances.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on the construction site.
- Perform basic carpentry tasks such as framing and drywall installation.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience in home construction or related field preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good communication skills.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
