About the role
Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality of homes in Champion Homes projects. Duties include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of home maintenance and repair.
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes and safety regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and repairs on homes.
- Communicate with homeowners regarding maintenance needs and issues.
- Coordinate with other departments for comprehensive home improvement projects.
Requirements
Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in home maintenance and repair. Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in residential construction or related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Proficient in basic home repair techniques.
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Pay

Schedule
