Production Worker - Finish Carpenter

About the role

We are seeking a Finish Carpenter to join our team in Claysburg, PA.

Responsibilities

• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned
• Precise measuring and cutting
• Operating power tools
• Keeps area neat and clean
• Read and use a tape measure
• Read blueprints and orders
• Communicate well with coworkers
• Use hand tools, air tools, electrical tools, and saws

Requirements

• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work quickly and methodically
• Understanding of safety procedures
• Good teamwork skills
• Live the Champion Operating Principles
• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired
