Production Worker - Daylight

Shift: 6am-6pm, rotating schedule — week 1: 36 hours, week 2: 48 hours (mandatory overtime may occur). Pay: $20.68/hr.

Responsibilities

• Meet production goals tied to OTIF and financial metrics
• Work in varying temperatures with repetitive lifting
• Operate or work near mobile equipment
• Read and follow safety rules, standard operating procedures, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment
• Complete required paperwork and data entry (hardcopy or electronic)
• Wear provided personal protective equipment (hard hat, earplugs, safety glasses, gloves, arm guard sleeves, metatarsal safety shoes, etc.)
• Produce quality products with attention to detail
• Ensure orders stay on internal schedule to meet customer deadlines
• Follow directions from managers and functional leads
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities
• Measure aluminum extrusions
• Check materials against orders and visually inspect incoming materials
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
• Must be able to understand and speak English proficiently

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• Warehouse, manufacturing, construction, or other relevant experience (preferred)
• Experience operating mobile equipment (e.g., forklifts, cranes, side loaders) (preferred)
• Experience with JDE, Oracle, or other production software (preferred)
• Experience completing quality inspections (preferred)
