Direct Source Meats is now hiring for Tamale Line at the San Antonio Cook Plant. Direct Source Meats offers stability with long-term, full-time employment and produces high quality, specialty meat products for retail and food service markets. Established in 2001, the company operates a 30,000 square foot USDA raw plant and a 60,000 square foot cook plant.

Responsibilities

• Assemble tamales on the production line.

Requirements

• Experience is preferred, but not required.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm or until finished
