Pay

Starting rate of pay: $25.17 – $30.89 per hour.

Schedule

Night shift, 6 pm – 6 am on an EOWEO / 2‑2‑3 rotation. Training may begin on dayshift, after which the employee moves to nightshift. Shift premium: $1.00 per hour extra for shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate assigned equipment or machine.
• Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments, material, or equipment needs.
• Read plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities.
• Lift and stack products.
• Maintain efficiency standards set for the assigned area.
• Maintain good housekeeping of work areas.
• Accurately record numbers or lengths of units handled or moved.

Requirements

• No high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience; prior manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred.
• Willingness to train and advance to Extruder A (quality inspecting responsibilities); training provided.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) required.
• Ability to work long hours in seasonal temperatures.
• Must follow all work and safety instructions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and eagerness to grow.
• Ability to follow detailed directions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing or mobile equipment operation experience (e.g., forklift, Combi) is helpful.
• Ability to use a calculator and read a tape measure.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lb.
