Production Worker

The Painter is responsible for all activities relating to the color application of all molds in accordance with the company’s policy on quality.

Responsibilities

• Comply with company Safety Policies and Procedures
• Wear assigned PPE in order to safely perform all job tasks
• Wear steel-toed boot for the duration of work shift
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude
• Report any and all injuries to respective supervisor(s)
• Perform general housekeeping duties to help maintain a clean and safe work area
• Attend company sponsored training when necessary
• Report to work daily and on time unless otherwise excused
• Clean dried over pour from inside and tops of molds to prevent possible defect and stacking issues
• Report issues which may result in poor quality to Production Supervisor
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed
• Maintain regular attendance, timeliness and scheduling flexibility

• Ability to receive and carry out instructions given by management
• Ability to model desired behavior and conduct for all employees
• Must be safe minded and alert during times of operation
• Demonstrated traits of honesty and integrity and ability to maintain confidential information
• Must have enough near/far/depth and color perception to satisfactorily paint mold
• Must understand written formulas for painting

Qualifications

• No minimum education requirement
• No prior experience or training required

Requirements

• Prolong standing or in stationary position
• Complete repetitive movements such as typing
• Be exposed to sounds or noise levels that may be uncomfortable
• Wear all required personal protective equipment (hearing, vision and hardhat protection)
• Lift/move/transport items up to 50 pounds
• Ability to move or traverse about the facilities
• Must be able to ascend/descend stairs or ladders
• Ability to work around dust, chemicals, and other substances, and in various environmental conditions
