Production Worker

Location: Franklin, OH • Department: Pouching Department

About the role

The Pouching Assistant supports production operations within the pouching department. This role is designed to be flexible, allowing employees to learn multiple areas of the plant while contributing to safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

Responsibilities

• Support pouching production lines and assist operators as needed
• Move between different work areas based on production needs
• Assist with setup, operation support, and material handling
• Monitor product quality and report any issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members across shifts and departments
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Flexible and willing to learn multiple roles
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Able to follow instructions and prioritize safety and quality

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule

Set Shifts (Non-Swing)

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Must be available for all shifts and weekends as business needs require.

Pay

$25.52/hour
