Production Worker

Job Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
• Auxiliary operations setup and area maintenance according to established procedures and specifications.
• Verify correct setup and running of equipment to achieve desired results.
• Inspect product periodically throughout the shift to ensure specifications are being met.
• Assist operators in troubleshooting equipment when necessary.
• Take on operator responsibilities when absent.
• Contact management support if problems arise.
• Keep work area clean.
• Follow Safety lockout/tag-out procedures.
• Communicate any issues to management.
• Work safely and report any unsafe conditions to management.

Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Understand written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skills

• Ability to understand and apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Pay

This role is eligible for overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 hours in a week and may also be eligible for additional hourly premiums for perfect attendance and/or working evening or night shifts.

Schedule

Position may require the physical agility of lifting up to 50 pounds and may involve standing/walking for greater than 4 hours.
