Production Worker

About the role

Josh’s Frogs is a rapidly expanding online pet store dedicated to selling only happy, healthy, captive-bred amphibians, reptiles, and pet bugs. We operate on EOS and prioritize transparency, teamwork, and internal promotions. We are seeking a full-time Production Worker to join our Production Department.

Responsibilities

• Measure, mix, and package products according to established recipes and safety standards.
• Inspect finished goods for quality and verify they meet company specifications before packaging and shipment.
• Label and prepare orders accurately, including FBA and third-party shipments.
• Maintain documentation, record production data, update spreadsheets, and assist in creating or revising SOPs and workflows.
• Support FBA fulfillment by assisting with palletizing, labeling, wrapping, and staging shipments, as well as producing items needed to complete orders.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Self-motivation and proactive approach to daily tasks.
• A sense of urgency and efficient completion of tasks without compromising quality.
• Ability to complete and pass respirator fit testing.
• Adherence to the respirator clean-shaven policy and maintaining a proper skin-to-mask seal.

Qualifications

• Production/manufacturing experience.
• Assembly line experience.

Pay

$16.00/hour starting wages.

Schedule

40 hours per week (Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM).
