Production Worker

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the production area to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform regular quality pre and post equipment checks.
• Report production progress and any production-related issues to supervisors or managers.
• Work closely with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
• Affords with set up, break down, and changeovers during casting.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards before packaging or shipping.

Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial manufacturing or production environment, preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot production issues preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
