Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and perform tasks such as general labor and light mobile equipment operation to support and maintain plant operations.
• Assist and support routine maintenance activities.
• Work with a team in various facilities to produce world‑class plate products.
• Interact with computer interfaces as required.

Essential Functions

• Operate both small and large mobile equipment.
• Operate cranes using a remote radio control box or in an overhead cab.
• Support maintenance activities.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a transferable industry with transferable skills.
• Basic reading, math, and measurement comprehension; ability to read instructions, perform basic math, and conduct simple measurements.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, Vo‑Tech certificate, or associate degree in electrical, mechanical, or related curriculum.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability and willingness to operate and/or maintain a variety of operating units.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime in an industrial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely as a team member.
• Reading, math, and problem‑solving skills with electrical or mechanical aptitude.
