Production Worker (Arvin - Lumping)

About the role
We’re seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Production Worker to work alongside our clients at a well-known warehouse in Arvin, CA. In this role, you will work side by side with clients and a Job Coach in a warehouse production environment while assisting with daily tasks and maintaining a positive and supportive workplace.
Schedule
Tuesday through Saturday, 3:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Performing lumping and unloading tasks as products arrive
- Hand palletizing goods according to warehouse standards
- Assisting with production tasks alongside clients and team members
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Performing basic sanitation duties in work areas
- Supporting daily workflow to help keep operations running smoothly
Requirements
- Someone who enjoys warehouse work and wants to make a positive impact
- Experience in warehouse or production settings is strongly preferred
- Background working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is a plus but not required
- Must be 21 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
- A valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Pay
Competitive pay: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement.
