About the role

Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Production Worker- 3rd Shift at our Highland, IL facility. The core hours are Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Responsibilities

  • Work in all departments of the manufacturing plant - Weld, Paint, Press, Packing, Shipping, Mill, Layout - doing various labor jobs.
  • Some departments are more physically demanding, however, the general laborer should be capable of handling the work in all departments daily.

Requirements

  • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates who currently reside within the immediate geographical area (50-mile radius) of Highland, IL will be considered.
  • Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. This means that Eaton will not support any CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT plans, F-1 to H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, I-485 job portability, etc.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $20.45 per hour plus a $.50 per hour shift differential. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based on candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
