BOSS is a leader in the snow and ice management business with a growing lineup of plows for trucks, UTVs and ATVs, salt and sand spreaders, and box plows built for the snow and ice management professional, as well as the homeowner. Starting Wage: $22.09 - $26.61
Hours: Monday - Thursday 3:00pm - 1:00am (Overtime could make hours vary)
What Will You Do?
- Drill, tap, and cut parts as required for fabrication of products.
- Perform necessary quality checks as required by the Quality System.
- Performing scheduled maintenance and cleaning of all weld equipment.
What Do You Need?
- Vocational training or previous experience in MIG welding is required.
- Experience with robotic welding equipment is a plus.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
