Production Weekender
Job Summary
The Production Weekender role involves performing all tasks and responsibilities as a regular employee, but specifically on weekends. This includes operating high-speed manufacturing equipment, driving fork trucks, loading supplies, recording process data, and monitoring equipment performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain plant safety standards
- Perform process quality control checks
- Monitor high-speed equipment
- Drive fork trucks
- Loading supplies into machinery

- Maintain industrial cleanliness and sanitation
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to engage in physical activities and manual labor, including prolonged standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, and bending
- Able to work in varying temperatures and climates
- Able to work varying shifts on weekends and/or holidays (days, afternoons, and midnights)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Prior production, warehousing, or related experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude preferred
- Continuous improvement experience preferred
- Beer/alcohol industry knowledge preferred

Salary and Shift Details
SALARY: $40.70 per hour
SHIFT: Varying shifts (11PM - 7AM, 3PM - 11PM, 7AM - 3PM) with ability to work 12 hour shifts as needed. Available three weekends per month AND 2 of 3 shifts per weekend. Available ALL weekends during our heavy production period: May 15th - September 15th Weekday Training Availability: To ensure our weekenders are trained properly, we ask that all candidates are available to train during the week with following requirements: Available Monday - Friday to train for 4-6 consecutive weeks - varies by skill. Available to train Monday - Friday - can be partial shifts but must have 4+ hrs. of availability on any shift listed above.
