About the role

Owens & Minor is seeking Warehouse Coordinator candidates for various shifts across multiple roles including Material Handlers, Accumulators, Palletizers, and Stockers. This position offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Material Handlers:
• Loads and unloads components from zones onto conveyors.
• Verifies pick tickets and updates ERP system.
• Pulls pharmaceutical items and ensures FIFO compliance.
• Plants red dots on expired products.
• Maintains work orders and follows departmental policies.
• Accumulators:
• Segregates totes and places them in designated bins.
• Loads components onto carts and verifies pick tickets.
• Writes status information on DHR folders.
• Handles missed accumulations and follows departmental policies.
• Palletizers:
• Lifts and unloads pallets using lift trucks.
• Prepares pallets for shipping with shrink-wrap machines.
• Traces un-scanned boxes and maintains department databases.
• Sorts and counts items, and inspects pallets for accuracy.
• Stockers:
• Verifies and counts stocked items.
• Completes Nonconforming Material Reports (NCMR).
• Cleans and clears bin locations.
• Fulfills additional responsibilities as requested.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions.
• Basic math skills for counting and verifying components.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety protocols.

Pay

$17.00 + 8% shift differential for 2nd shift.
