Production Utility

Job Characteristics

The Main function of the job will be to assist the machine operators’ tasks needed to complete production goals. Includes but not limited to entry level machine operation, grinding, ending bars and general labor assistance in the production and CNC departments.

Required Skills

• Willing to take initiative and identify work needs
• Closed attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work with a team to accomplish company goals
• Strict attention to safety procedures and guidelines including wearing all personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Willingness to keep and maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Adherence to attendance policy
