Production Utility - 3rd Shift

About the role

Our Production Utility Operators work in all aspects of the manufacturing floor to help make bags and packing paper for major customers like Home Depot, Amazon, and Hello Fresh. This is a full-time opportunity to start a lifelong career in a state-of-the-art, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in various tasks across the manufacturing floor to produce packaging materials.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong desire to learn and grow.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work experience in the packaging industry (paper, plastics, converting).
• 6 months’ experience in a manufacturing operation.

Pay

From $18.00 per hour.

Schedule

• 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
• Some overtime available.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, or hear.
• Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• May occasionally be required to sit.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

• Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.
• Frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
• Occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; and vibration.
• Noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Work Location: One location (not remote).
