• Collaborate with the underwriting team and back-office staff to ensure efficient and accurate processing of submissions
• Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives to expand the agency's presence in the energy sector
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning

• Experience: Proven underwriting experience in the energy sector, with a focus on upstream, midstream, and downstream risks
• Technical Expertise: Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex risks

Compensation

• Salary Range: $100,000 - $200,000 (depending on experience)
