Responsibilities
- Lead site-wide training initiatives that help employees grow their skills and confidence
- Mentor team members across Receiving, Production, Warehouse, and Shipping
- Audit and certify employees on Job Instructions (JIs) and performance standards
- Step onto the production floor to support output and troubleshoot in real time
- Model top-tier safety and quality behaviors
- Maintain your own training certifications and stay sharp through requalification
- Serve as the site expert for Job Instructions (JI)
- Ensure all JIs are accurate, validated, and standardized
- Conduct training audits to ensure long-term comprehension and compliance
- Partner with Manufacturing Engineering to ensure tooling and visual controls are in place
- Welcome new hires and guide them through a smooth, engaging onboarding experience
- Help new team members understand our culture, expectations, and safety/quality standards
Requirements
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
A true “player-coach” mindset—comfortable teaching, leading, and doing
Strong communication skills and the ability to train diverse teams
Technical proficiency in validating and auditing Job Instructions
Experience in training within industrial or manufacturing settings
Strong organizational and planning skills
Comfort working directly on the production floor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Qualifications
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.

Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
