Position Description
Title: Production Operator
Department: Coating or Converting
Reports to: Production Supervisor
Status: Non-Exempt Hourly
Principal Accountabilities
- Perform work assigned in the manufacturing area according to scheduled production requirements.
- Run production equipment safely, productively, efficiently, and in a quality-conscious manner to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
- Be self-motivated, cooperative, and maintain excellent attendance.
- Comply with all work rules and utilize critical reasoning skills to solve problems affecting safety, quality, and productivity.
Essential Skills And Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent, 1-3 years prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work any shift, and capable of working weekends and overtime.
