Production Technician - Spartanburg, SC

About the role

As a Production Technician at BASF ECMS, you will load and unload process equipment in a manufacturing environment, operate process equipment to maintain product within customer specifications, operate a forklift, lift 50lbs, work in hot or cold environments, maintain lot integrity by keeping accurate batch/run sheets, and problem solve and troubleshoot equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate process equipment to maintain product within customer specifications.
  • Operate a forklift.
  • Lift 50lbs & work in hot or cold environments.
  • Maintain lot integrity by keeping accurate batch/run sheets.
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting of equipment.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or GED is preferred (tuition assistance for obtaining one will be provided by BASF).
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience operating a forklift.
  • Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift. 1st shift is not available.
