Production Technician - Nights
Responsibilities
- Set up, adjust, monitor, operate, and clean automatic and semi-automatic equipment in an efficient and safe manner
- Perform assigned manufacturing tasks
- Maintain production records and reporting as required
- Collaborate with other departments to complete production orders on time
- Safely operate forklift truck, pallet jacks, and other equipment or machinery
- Monitor and replenish inventory of parts and supplies
- Provide technical support and training to other team members
- Contribute ideas to improve or optimize manufacturing procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution, monitoring machinery, operating machinery, quality control, material handling, and industrial batch processes
About the Role
This position is an essential part of Sherwin’s manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to produce powder coating products consistent with customer requirements. This position performs various manufacturing tasks as assigned and is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and productive working environment.
Additional Information
Schedule: 6:00pm - 6:30am
Week One: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
Week Two: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
