Production Technician II

What will you do?

• Operate and maintain production equipment
• Follow production schedules and ensure deadlines are met
• Average majority of the time, upon completion of a process, move independently to the next priority
• Capable of training
• Monitor production processes and communicate solutions for production challenges with team leadership
• Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes
• Maintain accurate production records by clocking in and out of jobs
• Follows established guidelines for safe material handling and use of protective gear
• Able to help craft process documents
• Create jobs and ship jobs to stock to E2
• Note defects within a part and classify appropriately for MRB
• Inspect and test finished products to ensure products meet specifications
• Identify problems with production or manufactured goods

How will you get here?

• Experience: 2+ years experience in manufacturing or role with equivalent skill sets
• Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Strong analytical skills, Attention to detail, Follow instructions, Process oriented, Capable of working within a team and independently, Ability to problem solve, Strong written and verbal communication skills, Dexterity/fine motor function
