Production Technician

About the Role

This position involves operating manufacturing equipment such as mixers, mills, grinders, and palletizers to produce quality products that meet specifications. Responsibilities include supervising tank levels, collecting samples, inputting data into computer systems, and ensuring safety and cleanliness in the work environment. The role requires operating mobile equipment like forklifts, adhering to safety policies, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• 18 years or older
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication in English
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, climbing, and working in varied conditions using PPE
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime, nights, weekends, and in elevated areas

Preferred Qualifications

• Troubleshooting mechanical systems
• Prior production work experience
