Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment including pneumatic presses, wire cutters, and spoolers.
• Assemble products using hand and power tools.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Report quality concerns or equipment issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or factory environment.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Able to read and follow work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience operating production machinery.
• Comfortable lifting materials and working in a manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
