Production Technician

What You Will Enjoy Doing

• Work 12-hour rotating shifts in a 24/7/365 production environment
• Start up and shut down plant equipment and processes safely and efficiently
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and adjust equipment and process operating parameters to maintain optimal performance
• Prepare equipment for maintenance activities, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
• Issue and manage permits to ensure maintenance work is completed safely and compliantly
• Exercise sound judgment to operate the facility safely, reliably, and efficiently at all times
• Develop and update operating procedures as needed
• Train and mentor new employees on plant operations, safety practices, and procedures
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders when required
• Perform basic troubleshooting and identify operational issues
• Recognize when escalation is necessary and engage appropriate specialists for advanced technical support
• Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational requirements
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

What Makes You Great

• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• More than two (2) + years Production Operations experience or Associates Degree with previous internship in Plant Operations is preferred

Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $53,625 - $78,650
