We need to output HTML fragment with sections: maybe "Why Join Our Team?" as a heading? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those headings only if content exists. The posting includes "Why Join Our Team?" which is not one of the listed headings; but we could treat it as a section heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. However they say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We could include a section like "Why Join Our Team?" as

maybe. But they gave examples; not strict list. Safer to include headings that match content: "Why Join Our Team?" could be a heading. Also "About The Role" is present. Then responsibilities list. Then "Skills & Other Requirements". Also "What We Offer" includes benefits etc. Could map to Benefits section. Also "Team Collaboration", "Career Growth", "Comprehensive Benefits" could be under Benefits. We'll create sections: Why Join Our Team? (maybe as intro paragraph). About The Role (maybe as

). Responsibilities (list). Skills & Other Requirements (list). Benefits (list). Ensure we don't repeat job title. No metadata like Job ID. Remove boilerplate. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract content. Original text: "Why Join Our Team? Skills & Other Requirements Must have a High School diploma or GED." We need to split into sections. Why Join Our Team? paragraph: includes the first paragraph up to "What We Offer". Actually "Why Join Our Team?" heading then the sentences about making difference, culture, U.S. Pipe history. Then "What We Offer" subheading with bullet-like items: Team Collaboration, Career Growth, Comprehensive Benefits. Those could be under Benefits section. Then "About The Role" heading then description. Then "Specific Responsibilities" list (many sentences). Then "Skills & Other Requirements" line. We need to output HTML with

for each section heading. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is Production Technician; we shouldn't make a heading for it. We must not include Job ID etc. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc (none present). We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Benefits are stated: "Comprehensive Benefits: We provide a comprehensive benefits package with options tailored to meet your needs and those of your family." That's a benefit statement. So we can have a Benefits section with that detail. Also Team Collaboration and Career Growth could be part of Benefits or maybe separate sections like "Team Collaboration" and "Career Growth". But instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine them under a "What We Offer" section. But they said use headings like Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Could use "Benefits" heading and include the three bullet points. Thus sections: - Why Join Our Team? (maybe as

Must keep them. Let's extract the exact prose: "Why Join Our Team? Do you want to be part of a team that is making a positive difference in lives all across the globe? Do you want to be part of a culture where you are recognized, respected, and rewarded for a job well done? U.S. Pipe has been providing quality water and wastewater products since 1899, and for the past 120 years we have proudly supported local governments, municipalities, water departments, and businesses all across the United States, and the world." That's one paragraph (maybe two sentences). We'll keep as

. Then "What We Offer Team Collaboration: Join a team-oriented environment where collaboration is not just a buzzword but a priority.Career Growth: Be part of an industry leader renowned for world-class design, manufacturing, sourcing, and distribution, and take your career to the next level.Comprehensive Benefits: We provide a comprehensive benefits package with options tailored to meet your needs and those of your family." We'll turn into list items. Then "About The Role U.S. Pipe is seeking a Production Technician to join our team This position is part of a cross-trained team which is responsible for the manufacturing of ductile iron pipe from molten metal." We'll make paragraph. Then responsibilities list: each sentence separated by periods. We'll split into items. Let's list responsibilities sentences: 1. Cleans and prepares trough by removing foreign material and coats and maintains trough and trough chute making refractory repairs to trough and chute as required. 2. Maintains material supplies for work area (blacking, refractory, paint, cement, etc.) 3. Operates production machinery to produce good quality pipe. 4. Visually inspects core, places core on core setter, visually inspects mold for presence of foreign material, checks for proper alignment of trough in casting machine. 5. Operates pipe pullers to extract pipe; visually inspects pipe for defects; removes broken pipe from machine when necessary. 6. Transfers pipe from Casting to annealing ovens and processes pipe through the ovens in accordance with written procedures and oral instructions. 7. Tests pipe for ductility and pressure. 8. Transports pipe to next workstation or to packaging area. 9. Records pipe identification information and/or enters information into computer. Places labels on pipe as required. 10. Inspects pipe for quality as it progresses through processing stations. 11. Mix cement and apply to pipe as lining. 12. Paints, grinds, washes, touches up pipe. 13. Packages pipe into bundles. 14. Keeps the work area in clean and orderly condition and performs all work in accordance with plant and safety rules. 15. Manufacturing experience a plus. Note: Some sentences have multiple clauses but we keep as one item. Skills & Other Requirements: "Must have a High School diploma or GED." Now Benefits list items: - Team Collaboration: Join a team-oriented environment where collaboration is not just a buzzword but a priority. - Career Growth: Be part of an industry leader renowned for world-class design, manufacturing, sourcing, and distribution, and take your career to the next level. - Comprehensive Benefits: We provide a comprehensive benefits package with options tailored to meet your needs and those of your family.
