Production Technician - 2nd shift

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders and travelers according to production schedules.
• Applies ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards in daily work.
• Performs tape wrapping, cutting, compression molding, and hand layup processes for composite materials.
• Makes measurements and visually inspects products using precision instruments to confirm conformance to specifications.
• Mixes and measures resin and adhesive materials.
• Adjusts oven temperature controls and reviews blueprints or instructions to determine methods or sequences.
• Maintains production and processing equipment.
• Performs upper-body mobility tasks including bending, using arms and hands, and standing for extended periods.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform repetitive motion.

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing, walking, or sitting for at least 8 hours.
• Pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, stooping, or carrying up to 50 lbs, minimum 35 lbs.
• Prolonged repetitive movement.
• Holding, grasping, turning, or working with the hands.
• Occasional reaching overhead, at shoulder level, and below shoulder level.
• Occasional forklift driving.

Special Mentions

• No travel required for this position.
• Second shift, Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
• $22.00 an hour + $1.00 shift differential = $23.00 an hour.
