About the role

The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Vehicle Operations facility in York is our final assembly plant. Employees at York perform a variety of manufacturing operations, including fabrication, welding, polishing and painting, and produce a wide range of current and replacement parts for all models. This is a full‑time position (Shift SHIFT3) located in York.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multiple machines in a manufacturing center, cell, work cell, or flow line using various welding machines, manual welding processes and tools (heat induction, tube benders, automatic feeds, washers, lasers).
• Perform welding of components including multi‑electrical spot or seam resistance welding, robotic welding and metal cleaning equipment.
• Carry out laser trimming, fusing and cleaning in the fabrication process.
• Position parts correctly using jigs, fixtures or similar equipment.
• Make adjustments to machines and equipment as needed
