Production Technician 1

About the role

In the role of Production Technician 1 working in Trenton, Ohio, you will be part of the Integrated Supply Chain team. The person will be responsible for the packaging, brewing, and/or shipping of beer while continually investigating methods to improve the process, improve customer satisfaction, and produce quality products.

Responsibilities

• Effectively and efficiently operate production equipment throughout each work shift 90% of the time.
• Assist with preventative maintenance tasks i.e., Lube, Sanitation as well as the ability to learn and perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance activities on equipment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast paced, high-volume facility is desirable.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required if willing to be trained.
• High School diploma; post high school education or technical training is a plus.
• Experience in a team-based, manufacturing environment.
• Operator-based maintenance experience is also desirable.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Comfortable with the physical requirements of this position (standing, lifting, walking).

Schedule

This position is part of a team-based union environment with a 180-day probationary period. You will be in a warehouse environment on a fixed shift.

Pay

Compensation starts at $22.33/hr. that increases to $26.83 after successfully completing your probationary period.
