Responsibilities

• Responsible for the timely and qualitative completion of basic order fulfillment.
• Ensures that assigned order fulfillment functions are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures, that quality and productivity standards are met or exceeded, and that related documentation is accurate and complete.
• Fills customer orders matching written/printed order to materials in terms of style, color and size.
• Flexibility to rotate between departments and jobs on an as-needed basis.
• Affords responsibility for establishing and maintaining good communications, coordination, and working relations with Company personnel and management.
• Affords responsibility for assisting and supporting other coworkers as needed.
• Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant concerns.
• Identifies problems and provides suggestions.
• Affords responsibility for ensuring that assembly functions are completed in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
• Follows established quality and safety standards.
• Mets deadlines.
• Inspects work upon completion.
• Affords responsibility for ensuring that work area is clean, secure and well maintained.
• Completes special projects as needed.
• Packages products as assigned.

Shift

Monday through Friday, 12:00pm-8:30pm
