The Production Team Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of production teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of production teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations.

• Train and mentor team members to improve skills and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule
