Production Team Partner - Truck Unloader & Sorter - UniFirst
About the role
The Production Team Partner role is a key position in the UniFirst Family, responsible for clearing soiled products from service trucks to start the production process each morning. The department operates on a 5-day work week with Saturday and Sunday off.
Responsibilities
- Unload soiled products from trucks
- Separate products by type
- Weigh soiled products and hoist/store until next process
- Handle reductions or modifications to the customer's account
- Follow all safety policies, HACCP guidelines, and medical instructions
- Perform other duties as directed by area supervisor or management
Requirements
- High school education or GED equivalent preferred
- At least 16 years old for on-the-job training
- At least 18 years old to operate machinery
- Standing for an 8-hour shift required
- Clear communication and ability to read/write
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and push carts up to 40 lbs
- Basic math skills using American standard units

Pay & Schedule
The estimated hourly pay for this position ranges from $13.00 to $16.25 per hour. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications. Geographic differentials may also apply depending on the position’s location.
Schedule
We offer a 40-hour work week with Saturdays and Sundays off.
